nice to meet you,

My upbringing varied between East Asia and Europe, where I learned to speak English, German and Mandarin. Exposure to diverse cultural norms and belief systems, combined with psychotherapy training has enabled me to identify factors that contribute to the shaping of our identities. This laid down the foundations for my way of working with clients, encompassing flexibility and inclusivity, while ensuring that the client's unique backgrounds are incorporated into their therapeutic process.

We often find ourselves dealing with internal polarities accompanied with various social, psychological and biological factors. These conflicts can lead to a sense of imbalance within us. I aim to provide a safe space in which we can embrace and acknowledge these imbalances and in the process find the right approach for you.
